– Upon reservation, a 30% of the total amount is required | – Upon cars delivery, a Full Prepayment is required | – Driving License issue, over 2 years | – The Rates are based from and to Heraklion Airport. | – Our Cars are not permitted to be transferred out of Crete Island | – Petrol is not included

Cancellation Policy

We require to be advised in writing. Our charges which are not all refundable, are as follows | (From May to October) | – 20 days prior to arrival: 100% of the payment in advance is charged. | – 21-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the payment in advance is charged. | – 31 days prior to arrival, payment in advance full refundable. | – Non-show policy: 100% of the total reservation is charged. | – Early departure policy: 100% of the remaining stay is charged.
